Phone Consultation (15 minute) Complimentary
Initial Evaluation (60 minute) $250
Psychotherapy session (50 minute) $250
Late cancels/ No shows Full Fee
Fees are due at the time of each session. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is a commitment that has been reserved specifically for you. Due to this, 24 hour notice is required for cancellation except in the case of an emergency. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the full session fee.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. For all other insurances, I can provide you with a monthly receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I strongly encourage you to call your insurance provider before our initial session to verify your benefits.
